The One Data Indonesia (SDI) Technical Guidelines for East Nusa Tenggara Province is a guide to realize local government data governance that is accurate, up-to-date, integrated, accountable, and easily accessible. Drafted based on national policies such as Presidential Regulation No. 39 of 2019 and NTT Governor Regulation No. 64 of 2020, this technical guideline contains the main principles of SDI-namely data standards, metadata, interoperability, and reference codes-and explains the roles of institutions such as BPS as data custodian, the Office of Communication and Information as data custodian, and DPOs as data producers.

SKALA’s Pillar 3 Engagement Strategy focuses on SKALA’s approach to building influence and ensuring that the voices of poor and vulnerable communities are better incorporated into local government processes of planning and budgeting, leading to improved service delivery.

SKALA’s Pillar 2 Engagement Strategy focuses on the program’s subnational level engagement, which primarily covers the Intermediate Outcomes (IOs) of the second end of program outcome with linkages to other program IOs.

SKALA’s Pillar 1 Engagement Strategy is about the program’s national level engagement, primarily with three key ministries: the Ministry of National Development Planning or Bappenas, the Ministry of Finance, and the Ministry of Home Affairs.

SKALA’s Gender Equality, Disability and Social Inclusion (GEDSI) strategy shapes SKALA’s national and subnational engagement by ensuring that interventions are guided by a comprehensive analysis of gender, disability, and social inclusion within Indonesia’s socio-cultural, economic, and political context.
