Collaboration for the Acceleration of Basic Services in Tanah Papua

The six provinces in the Papua region; Papua, Central Papua, Highland Papua, South Papua, West Papua, and Southwest Papua, are at a critical juncture to drive inclusive development for Indigenous communities. The provincial governments’ priorities include boosting economic independence, developing sustainable livelihoods, and fostering equitable social growth. To achieve this, the Provincial Governments are supported by a collaboration with SKALA, the Australia-Indonesia Partnership for Basic Service Acceleration, which focuses on strengthening government governance, regional financial management, and inclusive development for all levels of society.
