SKALA Six Monthly Progress Report July – December 2023

This report reflects the first implementation period following the development of SKALA’s initial annual work plan and details SKALA’s context, progress and achievements between July 1 and December 31, 2023.

It also expands on lessons learned by SKALA, as well as opportunities and challenges encountered. The report provides a comprehensive update on how SKALA established a strong foundation for future delivery and highlights key achievements include engaging stakeholders to advance local revenue generation, developing Minimum Service Standards action plans, and implementing One Data policies.

It also notes the program’s transition to Thematic Action Plans to guide planning and implementation.
