Technical Guidelines for One Data Indonesia at East Nusa Tenggara Province Level

The One Data Indonesia (SDI) Technical Guidelines for East Nusa Tenggara Province is a guide to realize local government data governance that is accurate, up-to-date, integrated, accountable, and easily accessible. Drafted based on national policies such as Presidential Regulation No. 39 of 2019 and NTT Governor Regulation No. 64 of 2020, this technical guideline contains the main principles of SDI-namely data standards, metadata, interoperability, and reference codes-and explains the roles of institutions such as BPS as data custodian, the Office of Communication and Information as data custodian, and DPOs as data producers. Through the stages of a systematic statistical business process and the preparation of a list of priority data, this document becomes the foundation for producing quality data to support inclusive and sustainable planning and development in NTT.
